Information on the rules of personal data processing in relation to the information obligation arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws L 119 — 04 May 2016).

4. E-mail address for correspondence related to the complaint.
B. The Personal Data Administrator will be:

C. The data received by the Administrator will be processed only in relation to resolving the claims submitted by the Customer arising from the product warranty.
D. All data processing must be based on a proper legal basis, in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for processing data in order to accept, recognize or resolve the Customer’s rights arising from the guarantee granted by the Guarantor for the purchased product is the request of the beneficiary of the warranty. The legal basis is also the so-called legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. the need to demonstrate the results of performance or correct recognition of claims. If the Customer or a person authorized by the Administrator refuses to provide data requested by the Administrator, the claim shall not be considered.
E. In accordance with applicable law, the Customer’s data may be transferred to entities processing it on the request of the Administrator, e.g. subcontractors and entities authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law (e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities) when they make an appropriate request based on an appropriate legal basis.
F. The customer has the following rights: including the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing. The customer may also withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, object and make use of the right to transfer data. The withdrawal of consent for data processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1000).
G. Personal data will be processed for the duration of potential claims arising from the guarantee and the limitation period for public law obligations. After completing the claims procedure, the data will only be archived.
H. The data is not subject to automated decision making or profiling.
